I was nervous that the product wasn’t going to be exactly what I ordered, yet it was perfect. Thanks a million to J&H and the Accurate Fishing. It was inconvenient that I had to sign the FedEx drop off. I had to stay home a whole day from work, risking being written up or fired, so my only wish is that we shouldn’t have to sign for a delivery.

Details matter at J and H! I ordered 5 four-packs of Tsunami Holographic Swim Shads. They were hard to find in stock in the Pearl/Spot, but J and H had them, and at a decent price. They arrived quickly, but had changed to three packs this year. So, J and H sent me 7 three-packs, in order to accommodate my full order..and I got one shad for free, since that totalled 21 lures! Great job paying attention to the details and not leaving me with the short end of the stick in the process! Thanks!

Quality Customer Service I ordered a high end reel from J&H that had a problem with the drag. One quick call to them and J&H had the manufacturer send me a replacement reel directly. Very good customer service experience!
