GBI would have given a "ZERO" star rating… I would have given a "ZERO" star rating if I could. I will NEVER purchase one of their products again, EVER! I purchased 2 of their games from a local store - the last 2 they had. One was a gift the other was for me. Turns out that mine was missing a piece. I called the 800 number only to be transfered to a different dept, then disconnected. I called back, got the other number to call, called that number only to be given yet another number to call. FINALLY, I get the right dept. only to be told that they cannot help me and I should return the product to the store I purchased it from. I told the woman "I want the game I just need the missing piece". I even offered TO PAY for said peice. She again said she couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisor who told me the same thing. Save your money and buy with confidence from a company that will stand by their product(s) and offer replacements if, and when, needed. Kikkerland, you need to learn more about customer service. Here is a novel idea "try listening to your customers". "NEVER" AGAIN WILL I BUY A KIKKERLAND PRODUCT!

GBNo Returns They don’t allow returns - or, at least, they try to duck returns. They have failed to respond to any of my attempts to get info on how to return an item. DON’T RECCOMMEND THEM! (Unless you order via Amazon which has a great return policy / system)

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Do not order their products. I placed an order through the Fancy app. A month went by, no product, no shipment notification, and no communication of any kind. I sent several messages through the app, website and tried to call. Absolutely no response. I was finally able to report them through Fancy customer service who issued me a refund. They are crooks.

CAthis company is a scam this company is a scam. don't buy anything from them. I bought some items, not satisfied, they said I could return them, I shipped them out, no response, I tried to email, but no response from them. it's been about two months
