CAPolitely Resolved Their customer service was polite and they were quick to resolve a refund issue once I asked to speak to a supervisor. Would recommend this site for anyone who has fairly specific or simple needs where they won't require a search-within-artist function. Tons of amazing icons! Could be five stars for me with increased search functionality.

CAGood icons, customer service needs work. Update: I've been issued a refund but it literally took me having to post on review sites for them to notice me. There must be something wrong with their messaging system as well as their subscription system. If I didn't have to go through this headache, I would really recommend icons8, but with this experience in mind, I can only give them a 3/5. Icons8 has been stealing from me for months. I have cancelled and deleted my account mid-pandemic and yet I get charged every month. I have tried to contact them via email, live chat and their own community board for all this time but they have stonewalled me. Someone please help.

GBI forgot to cancel my free trial and… I forgot to cancel my free trial and they were nice enough to refund. Not always the case with internet companies so I am thankful.
