Inaccurate but responsive Many inaccuracies in measuring that were blamed on me. For example; inability to convert to grams resulting in an added sugar level per serving exceeding that of the entire bottle of product. The lab tested value was not even considered when generating the label. When error was pointed out, all parties involved acknowledged the issue, but claimed it was my fault for not converting my recipe to grams and still required me to furnish accurate conversions in order to solve it.

Excellence in Service, Unflappable Under Pressure The company went above and beyond to help us with nutrition labeling. As novices in the world of nutrition, they patiently walked us through the process, held our hands along the way, answered our (many) questions, and were amazing teachers in regulations to ensure that our labeling would be in compliance. They also graciously allowed us to make changes along the way and adhered to our tight timelines (and didn't make us feel like we were putting them out, even though we were!). A special shout out to Bronte Boyadzhyan who is the consummate professional - returning our calls promptly, helping us get to the right person to answer our questions, and being patient and understanding as we navigated the process.
