My first and last time. My first and last time buying from this company. I received my cartridges, but they don't work. I removed them and reinstalled them several times to no avail. I tried contacting customer services twice by email, and 15 times by telephone without a response.

Better quicker I ran out of ink at ,of course, a poor time and went to a shop to buy a new cartridge looked at the price went back home and pulled up Amazon and vink cartridges, quick simple and easy had them in two days half the price even with shipping and they work great.
