my printer just wont recognize the… my printer just wont recognize the cartdrige .. waste of money

NOT GOOD! The toner cartridges fit okay and my printer recognized them. The ink color was way light and it didn't last very long. I've had to take out the cartridges constantly and shake them vigorously so I don't have streaks of hard to see print/faded areas. I won't be buying these again. I just replaced them all with genuine cartridges. Also not happy that there isn't any information or labels for returning them for recycling as I get with HP cartridges. A very disappointing experience.

Experienced amazing customer service. I ordered a 2 pack of cartridges for my Brother brand printer off Amazon. The first one worked fine but the second one was smudgy. I posted a 3* review and mentioned that on Amazon and V4ink read it and contacted me and offered to send out replacements. They did right away and the new pack worked fine. This is old fashioned great service that I really appreciated. I never even thought to contact them but they have a warranty on their products so I was impressed that they took the initiative to contact me to get things right.

V4ink never responds to a product … V4ink never responds to a product concern. And for sure not in a timely way for V4INK toner to use in HP ptrinters
