CAThe *absolute worst* Joomla products and support I had several terrible experiences with these guys and their buggy software, and stayed away for years - but made the mistake of giving them another chance recently. I was looking to move to Joomla 4 and needed a new template, and also wanted to migrate from K2 to com_content, which they provide an extension for. I purchased a "ProPlus" membership from their sister site Gavick.com (GK), which was supposed to give me access to "Everything in GK Pro plus full access to Joomlart". (I have a screenshot of the offer). Now, for those unfamiliar with Joomlart, they make (poorly programmed) extensions as well as templates - all of which are housed on Joomlart.com. To me "full access to Joomlart" means "full access to Joomlart" - but to this company, apparently, it means "access to the Joomlart templates but not the Joomlart extensions". This is explained exactly nowhere on their site. After buying my subscription, I was unable to download the extension I needed. I opened a support ticket immediately to ask for a refund.... they have a "100% money back guarantee - no hassles, no questions asked". I did not hear back, and did not hear back... so followed up a couple of weeks later. Their response was that it was now too late to issue a refund - even though they had documented my same-day request and also acknowledged the website text describing the subscription I had purchased was incorrect. Support is brutal. Brutal. May I repeat... BRUTAL. I have given up on trying to deal with them directly, and just lodged a dispute via my credit card. Joomlart can fight with Visa now. But this behaviour is simply a continuation of a trend as far as I am concerned. My two previous experiences with Joomlart involved (i) their Megafilter (which broke my site - and could not even be uninstalled properly, so I needed to call in external help for a fix); and (ii) a template that slowed my site down SOOOO BADLY that is was basically non-functional. It is easy to get sucked into buying stuff from these guys, because they have decent designers and a slick marketing team. But... DO NOT DO IT.
