GBSuberb design and fast turnaround! Easelly made an infographic for me that was beyond fantastic! They had a ridiculously fast turn around (submission to final was literally <24 hours) and the design was superb that I really couldn't have done myself. I asked for a specific graphic to represent a narrow therapeutic window and they created the perfect one! I will absolutely use them again!

GBI give Easelly a perfect score in… I give Easelly a perfect score in delivering 100% satisfaction to the client. Easelly's digital customer service is highly responsive. After they delivered a first draft infographic, I was able to make revisions online with its simple edit tools. The platform's icons, fonts, colors and flow to the end product allow my infographic to tell an engaging story to help market my product. As its name implies, Easelly is an easy easel to use for creating infographics that stand out.

CASave your money, not worth paying for. I subscribed to easel.ly with my student email and it worked great at first. After my 7 day money-back period ended it started glitching and deleting parts of my assignment. I tried 3 different browsers, 2 different computers and even dumped my cashe... still kept deleting parts of my work. I searched for a history log to help me and anything in the help menu and found nothing. The customer agent in the chat was friendly but told me that I was not eligible to get my money back. I am very regretful I subscribed because I am a Canadian student, was charged more for the dollar exchange, and now am back to my same free service at my university where I started... minus a pile of money. Despite only using the service briefly, and nearly missing my deadline, I was not refunded. I recommended to the lab at my university but after my supervisor saw that I did not get my money back we are definitely not going with this service. I am presenting my experience with the service in January with our lab as to whether we should use this for our poster presentations. We will not.

GBDon't let Easelly be your headache Why let Easelly be your headache when better tools exist? Although the cost is a low $24 annually for students, my recommendation is to avoid getting into the billing spin cycle that is Easelly. The tool itself does not supply anything you can't easily do and do better through service providers like Canva. My personal experience with Easelly involves having my account automatically renewed after a year or more of not using the service, making the decision to stop paying for something I never use, trying to log into my account to cancel, being unable to because the reset password function won't work, eventually emailing to indicate that I want my account cancelled and refunded because I haven't used the service in years, and finally being told that Easelly's policy is not to give refunds when more than seven days have passed after a renewal payment is charged. When I pointed out that I could not get back into my account to cancel, that I am very busy and wasn't immediately able to reach out for customer support, and that the email with the invoice and payment receipt do not state anywhere within the body of the message or on the invoice/receipt that no refunds will be given after seven days, I was told by a customer service rep named Mika that if I wanted a refund I would have to contest the charge through my bank. Apparently, Easelly knows that there are much better service providers out there because they have been unwilling to return my $24 to me. This was a bad deal for me because I lost money and got a product I don't want and don't seem to be able to access. Business must be bad when $24 is worth more than customer satisfaction. I've learned my lesson; I will never use Easelly again or recommend the service to anyone.

GBUnethical billing practices Unethical billing practices - As others have stated, there is a light version that is free, but to do most things you have to pay. The price is not a lot, but they will continue to bill you year after year, regardless of whether you are an active user and do not give you any notice of an upcoming charge. So like many others, you might need it one time for one application, make the purchase and then forget about it because it's not a part of your daily routine, then 11 months later you're charged again. They are banking on you not noticing or not caring about the hit enough to pick a fight with them. It is companies like these that are why I now cancel my cards once per year and get a new card, so they are not able to continue to do this.
