GBI needed replacement toner for my… I needed replacement toner for my Brother printer. I heard about you on Reddit. When I checked the website I saw you had a 2 pack of toner for only $35 WOW!!! Service was VERY FAST! I ordered on the 10th I got them on the 12th!!!!!! I put the toner in and it worked perfectly!!! I give this company a 10********** star rating!! You have a customer for life!!!!!!!

GBWrong Ink, Bad service I ordered this ink on 1/17/24 and got it on 1/23/24 Was sent the wrong ink. When I called to let them know ow what happened. I was not given a ticket number and I was told that some one would call me. They emailed me at 2am in the morning. Then in their email they had all of the information that I had given to the said person in customer service incorrect. NOTE: All of the information was wrong!!! Then once I informed them of the correct ink They person emailing me is still speaking of incorrect information.then was told to purchase ink and then they would help me with refund. So I told them to send me a refund due to me returningthe incorrect ink on my own. Basicallythey don't listen and will get your order incorrect.
