GBI'm still waiting for answer regarding… I'm still waiting for answer regarding an order # because I want to return the product which I ordered by mistake.I've made several attempts with no response at all.

GBWrong Ink, Bad service I ordered this ink on 1/17/24 and got it on 1/23/24 Was sent the wrong ink. When I called to let them know ow what happened. I was not given a ticket number and I was told that some one would call me. They emailed me at 2am in the morning. Then in their email they had all of the information that I had given to the said person in customer service incorrect. NOTE: All of the information was wrong!!! Then once I informed them of the correct ink They person emailing me is still speaking of incorrect information.then was told to purchase ink and then they would help me with refund. So I told them to send me a refund due to me returningthe incorrect ink on my own. Basicallythey don't listen and will get your order incorrect.

GBNo repsonse I have contacted you several times for a return label, but get no response. I ordered the wrong toners and would like to return them and order the correct ones for my M209 HP Laser Printer with chips.
