GBNew Owner! The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!

GBHorrible backlogs Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

GBGiving "Former Military" a bad name Giving "Former Military" a bad name, one order at a time. Order placed in April, followed by a bunch of non-committal emails. Finally agreed to give my money back while still completing my order. Empty promise. Still no shirts, still no refund. Basically a scam site.

GBNew owners are doing right New ownership are definitely doing the right thing, I had purchased a sweatshirt and shirt over two years ago and never got it. The new owners of emblem however are giving credit back to those who lost money on previous orders if you contact them. 10/10 glad this company has integrity now.

GBBurn your money I placed an order over two years ago that has yet to be fulfilled. I understand it's gone through more than one ownership change, but if you're not going to fulfill an order then just give me the money back. I checked in multiple times and was always told to be patient. This last check-in I was sent a questionnaire about how someone did. That's it- no response, no "Please be patient", just a 1-5 rating. Fairly pissed off at this point
