GBAn unfortunate scam I ordered shirts for my ROTC cadets. I asked for a receipt attached for book keeping and an update. I was told 18 days processing, alright no problem. I’m going on day 30 here soon, and no update had been given. As well as being told I was sent a copy of my receipt, which I wasn’t. Unfortunately, since it’s not my money and actually belongs to the college, I only see setting a chargeback as a way forward unless they right their wrongs. My cadets have asked me multiple times about shirts, and I wrongly put my faith in this company. Stay away.

GBHigh quality products & amazing customer support! Our order came in & the tops were smaller than expected. We called the company to find out how to resolve & they immediately input a new order (one size up) for us. They didn't charge us for this or for additional shipping! We were extremely impressed with this level of customer service AND the high quality product that was provided. We ordered shirts & a hoodie - the prints are within the material, not simply ironed on. We anticipate that this will last forever and we LOVE these tops. GBAfter the ownership change After the ownership change, the emails and phone calls I received promising to make past transgressions right, i gave Emblem a chance and couldnt be happier that i did. I want to thank the new team for following through with those promises in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to support the company moving forward.

GBI have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring… I have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring about a Xmas gift I ordered on Dec 3rd the single worst e commerce experience I have ever had, no phone number to call so I have not received my purchase and its now Jan2nd. The customer service is so bad they did not redirect the delivery but allowed themselves to receive my delivery at their offices in San Diego. Julietta has now given me an email run around for our a week. DO NOT ORDER FROM EMBLEM ATHLETIC They will not process a refund either which is more infuriating. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

GBNew Owner! The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!
