Nothing delivered after 12+ months. Order# 39461 Been over a year now since I placed my order. Just ordered some pre existing Unit hoodie and shirt designs. Requested a refund back in Dec 21 and sent them a payment method and nothing. Going to have to dispute through my credit card at this point. Horrible experience.

Horrible backlogs Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

5* RATINGS?! BOTS! 1* RATING DO NOT BUY! Those that give this company 5* ratings are bots. I have been waiting for my 2 hoodies for over a year now and still have yet to receive it. I get offered the right to refund if I do not wish to wait and attempt to take it just to constantly get pushed to another representative each time I inquire about why I havent been refunded. For This company to be “vets” is a honest joke. If they were vets they would have the mindset to get some damn pep-in-their-step and get something done rather than scamming and going bankrupt because of how terrible this Team is at doing business.

New owners are doing right New ownership are definitely doing the right thing, I had purchased a sweatshirt and shirt over two years ago and never got it. The new owners of emblem however are giving credit back to those who lost money on previous orders if you contact them. 10/10 glad this company has integrity now.

Very pleased with new owners While the former owners did not fulfill their order, the new owners made it right. It had been over 2 years since I had placed my order when the new owners bought the company and realized what a train wreck they had inherited. They could have easily said “not our problem” and moved on, but they didn’t. They fulfilled my order and shipped in a timely manner. The shirts themselves are great! High quality! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to commemorate a deployment or bring a unit together through swag.
