I ordered an item that was out of stock, got a phone call asking if I wanted them to ship without it, replace it or wait till the next day. I opted to wait, got a call that afternoon saying it was in and they would be shipping. That was Friday, hops will be delivered Tuesday

Business with friendliness I had ordered a few supplies for bread-making, and for high school chemistry research projects and placed the order. After I got confirmation within a few minutes that the order was shipped, I wrote to them asking if they could add another 5 bottles of 1 oz of a product that they carried. I did not get any response. I assumed that it was probably too late. When the order was delivered to me within 48 hours, I noticed the package contained the 5 bottles that I had asked. They just gave it to me for free. They claim on their web-site that they are doing business to make a living and not a killing, and they are 100% right about that. I will patronize their store any day, and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your fantastic service.

I Love This Store I’m usually not motivated to write a review about a store unless I’m extremely unhappy with it. I take exception here. I’m always happy with Label Peelers. If I can’t find an item elsewhere, I can usually find it at Label Peelers. The store’s sales and customer service can’t be beat either. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there, even during unfortunate circumstances. I recently placed an order during one of its store-wide 40% off sales and the item arrived damaged while being shipped. Label Peelers replaced the product quickly and without a hassle. I wish I could say that about all stores.

I almost hesitate bragging about Label peelers to others because I want their amazing hop selection all to myself but I have enlightened many including so pro brewers who were also amazed at the hop selection! They are truly an awesome company. They regularly offer discounts showing that they really do appreciate us customers. One time I forgot to enter in the discount code at check out so I called and..the customer service was excellent! He assured me that they would take care of it. Thank you label peelers!!!

One of the best home brew supply sites out there Been using labelpeelers since I started getting into home brewing during the pandemic. Great prices and customer service. No complaints here. If you looking for a supply brew store, this place is worth a check.
