Business with friendliness I had ordered a few supplies for bread-making, and for high school chemistry research projects and placed the order. After I got confirmation within a few minutes that the order was shipped, I wrote to them asking if they could add another 5 bottles of 1 oz of a product that they carried. I did not get any response. I assumed that it was probably too late. When the order was delivered to me within 48 hours, I noticed the package contained the 5 bottles that I had asked. They just gave it to me for free. They claim on their web-site that they are doing business to make a living and not a killing, and they are 100% right about that. I will patronize their store any day, and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your fantastic service.

Best Wine and Beer Store on the Net! From the moment I discovered this gem on the net I have been rewarded with awesome service and great prices. Being both a wine and beer maker, I have one place to get all my supplies and at prices even cheaper than my local merchant even with shipping. It's hard to believe that only 2 guys do all the work! On my last order I had a problem with a dried malt package that had partially leaked out in transit. I emailed to ask them what I could substitute for the small amount of lost malt and within minutes I received a response with a genuine apology and a speedy no cost replacement. That's caring customer service! I am confident that things will only get even better and I wish them great success!

Good Selection, pricing and delivery This is my second purchase from Labelpeelers and both experiences I've had have been very positive. The web site is ok but the pricing and the delivery times have been great! Cost of shipping is very reasonable as well in comparison to many other retailers. I mainly purchase hops and a few small equipment pieces and have been happy with the quality. I generally do a lot of research and price comparisons before I make a purchase and all research led me to Labelpeelers for my brewing ingredients. I Love This Store I’m usually not motivated to write a review about a store unless I’m extremely unhappy with it. I take exception here. I’m always happy with Label Peelers. If I can’t find an item elsewhere, I can usually find it at Label Peelers. The store’s sales and customer service can’t be beat either. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there, even during unfortunate circumstances. I recently placed an order during one of its store-wide 40% off sales and the item arrived damaged while being shipped. Label Peelers replaced the product quickly and without a hassle. I wish I could say that about all stores.
