I removed one star becouse if I am buying expensive model like this, I do not care about someone politics activism. Why I have to remodel the licence plate where is logo of EU, which is OK an can be usefull, and under are letters UA ... a bit of hypocrisy??

Bad Product and Bad Customer Service!! I echo the other reviews regarding bad customer service. Additionally the product I ordered, model of the U. S. Capitol, was nicely designed, however, it took 3 days to download a .skp file version, which wouldn't run on my very fast 4G, i7 workstation so that I could use it. Downloaded a Cinema 4D version- it was so old that the current version of Cinema 4D wouldn't open it. Experienced problems with several other formats and gave up, whereupon I asked Dima Korchagin to cancel my account and refund my purchase. He rfused!

Advertised a google speaker for $40 Advertised a google speaker for $40, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual speaker. It was listed under google max speakers on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I would not do business with them again. I plan to spread this review on social media.

Needed an .stl File I wanted an .stl file of one of their models, so that I could get it 3D printed. Not having paid to have this kind of file created before, I thought it was a tad pricey, BUT they were super helpful, making several additional adjustments and changes with no incremental increase. Very pleased overall. Very good value

Lacking integrity I was unable to get the product or money back after my purchase. The email address was incorrect and Dima, who runs the site, provided me with a screenshot to show that the product had not been sent due to the incorrect address. With proof of payment from my side and proof of no delivery from the supplier side, I was unable to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately the business lacks integrity and I would advise against it.
