I bought model from them for a video … I bought model from them for a video demo to my product (3d-models/opel-calibra-1990) , they had a crappy version- model was absolutely wrong in the back of the car - absolutely useless to accommodate the parametric OEM Item to fit on their model. I emailed them, sent message via Facebook, no reply within 2 weeks. Crappy models for lot of money. Avoid them as much as possible ! PS: Their website rating is faked because they do not let you to give rating directly- they clean the bad reviews .

They don't honour their money back… They don't honour their money back guarantee and will leave you hanging with expensive model that doesn't live up to the (false) advertisement. Internal measurements off by more than 30cm, missing & incorrect structures...BUT they claim the'd consider fixing it if you can provide the correct measurements to them... so go buy yourself an expensive 3d scanner for them to fix these is their solution...

NURBS based CAD conversion is bullsh...! We ordered an .igs CAD model of a car. This model is complete useless!! There are a lot of faces which are spanned over several parts. “Flat” faces like window or mirror are separated into small pieces. A lot of faces are bended > 60 deg but do not have edges. Most features edges are lost due to their "virtual topology". This conversion was done by a (stupid) software and not by a human! Although Hum3D offers a money back guarantee, they are not willing to refund. Hum3d, never ever again!!

about price It was a necessary modeling, but there was no place to find it, and I found out about "HUM3D" while searching here and there, and although the modeling price was expensive, there was a function to negotiate, and I offered the price I wanted through it and waited for it after payment. The model i have bought is good, but The model i have bought is good, without problem and also communication with support was OK. I removed one star becouse if I am buying expensive model like this, I do not care about someone politics activism. Why I have to remodel the licence plate where is logo of EU, which is OK an can be usefull, and under are letters UA ... a bit of hypocrisy??
