The designers are very creative and totally understood my briefing and what I wanted. I was presented many diffrent design concepts and each was stunning. There is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.

uptown website work - a disaster I hired uptown for my website design on September 2019 and until now I am still making follow up on what happened to my website. Hiring them was a disaster. They kept promising to deliver it on time, until my project failed because my website was not complete. Now, I am trying to ask for a refund and nobody is willing to take my calls. Has anyone here knows how to sue this company? it is really worth taking a step going towards legality

Uptown Logo did my job … I’ve always had second thoughts about online companies based on my past experiences I’ve had with hiring a logo company. Results were crappy and I had to have the logo re-done by other companies. Uptown was suggested to me by a friend of mine, who is a success in the automotive industry, after putting my faith in him I gave Uptown a chance.
