HE HAS AN "I DON'T CARE" ATTITUDE. YOU WOULD THINK THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CARES. NOT TRUE WITH KEVIN. THEIR MONEY GRABBING TACTICS ARE SOMETHING TO BE LOOKED IN TO. VERY, VERY POOR.
