I found Uptown Logo through Google I found Uptown Logo through Google. Honestly, I didn't read any reviews prior to deciding to work with them. I'm a sole proprietor and wear numerous hats and am SUPER BUSY, so I didn't want to fiddle around with designing my own logo. I trusted my gut after chatting with the team. They took my random ideas and put them into concepts I could tweak. One of the ways I like to differentiate myself with my customers is to make them not just satisfied, but delighted. Uptown Logo did that for me. My logo makes me smile and delighted because it represents the uniqueness and excellence I want my customers to identify with me.

AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS! AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!! IT HAS TAKEN 5 MONTHS TO GET A WEBSITE THAT DOES NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY. KEVIN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RUDE. HE HAS AN "I DON'T CARE" ATTITUDE. YOU WOULD THINK THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CARES. NOT TRUE WITH KEVIN. THEIR MONEY GRABBING TACTICS ARE SOMETHING TO BE LOOKED IN TO. VERY, VERY POOR.

Terrible experience Terrible experience, artwork provided was mostly clipart that looked as if it had been done in mspaint, designers failed to listen to feedback provided even after providing concept sketches. They were so fast in submitting samples, it was obvious that little time had been spent working on the design. Most were of a single color or cheap low quality designs.

Beyond Amazing The most rewarding thing while working with them was they made the process very easy and efficient, exactly as I was looking for. Their designers are truly gifted and brought their own ideas to the table. The work was beyond my expectations and proved to be a major asset for my company. The team was eager to please me and worked whole heartedly till I wasn’t satisfied with the whole idea. I will without any doubt recommend Uptown. Looking forward to work with them in future.
