Uptown Logo did my job … I’ve always had second thoughts about online companies based on my past experiences I’ve had with hiring a logo company. Results were crappy and I had to have the logo re-done by other companies. Uptown was suggested to me by a friend of mine, who is a success in the automotive industry, after putting my faith in him I gave Uptown a chance. After dealing with them and observing their professionalism, I was compelled to change my mind about online businesses, not all of them are crap. Uptown Logo Design comes highly recommended.

There is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.
