GBRazor Blade Quality Has Diminished I've been using Bulldog products for a couple of years now, and although I'm quite happy with their products on the whole, I've been recently disappointed with their "Original Steel Blades" replacement razor blades. I normally shave 2 or 3 times a week, and up until purchasing the last pack of 4 blades, a blade refill would easily last me 4 to 6 weeks before going dull (too dull to use). Now I'm finding that a new blade is barely lasting 3 weeks, with the same shaving frequency. I've just loaded the last of a a pack of 4 blades. The only physical difference that I have found is that the blade protector on the longer lasting (previous) blades, had a clip-on protector, the newer blades have a slide-on protector. So now I'm wondering, has the quality of the steel used to make the blades changed, or has the manufacturer changed? Whatever the issue, I don't think the quality of the razor blades are as good as they were... Over to you Bulldog... (Package details: PROD20.10.2022FB)

GBAvoid buying online Avoid buying online! Ordered an energiser bundle at the start of November, ordered confirmed, tracking confirmed, nothing to show for it. I've emailed numerous times asking for an update or a refund and had nothing until Chan replied on Nov 17th asking if I'd received order and that extras would be sent on top for the delay, a month later and I'm still waiting. Just received another email last night saying we are sorry we are slow to respond to all the emails due to COVID. You wouldn't have so many emails to respond to if you just sent the products on time! Customer service?? Yeah right!! Order Ref - 28620 (if anyone gives a s***)

The shave foam is nice to use, gives a smooth shave, similar to the Nivea products........but......the pressure in the can lasted 7 days then gave up! As for the Bulldog customer service.........bad! No contact details on their website. When I eventually found an email address I got the standard reply about 'Unprecedented emails due to COVID...' Oh come on the COVID excuse is out of date!! Poor product and non-existent customer service.

GBGreat product but not perfect company Great product been using them for ages but I'd never ordered direct before so I ordered a fair few bits Been waiting over a week and not even a dispatch email yet, UPDATE, finally got through And they've re dispatched it and chucked a few free bits to apologise

GBI have emailed your contact details 3… I have emailed your contact details 3 times now for an order that was placed on 2nd June for my son birthday on 6th June and it has still not arrived. He requires the products for our upcoming holiday on 30th June. I’m not getting any response from contact us and would like a refund if you can ship these products immediately thank you ORDER #22749 No response on Twitter, insta or Facebook ag all yet they keep posting adverts
