GBWorst Company Ever This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. My transaction was denied as a possible fraudulent transaction 2 times. I called each time and spoke with customer service - which was totally not helpful. I would never order from Notino again and will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company.

GBI have ordered product twice from … I have ordered product twice from Notino but I don't think I will in the future. Their shipping is extremely slow (2-3 weeks). They sent emails on both occasions stating my order was ready to ship but was not actually shipped for another 7-10 days. If you call their customer service expect to be on hold for at least an hour.

Not only did Notino have the best price, the product was the real deal! Prior to purchase,they provided fast ,courteous replys to several questions about details of the product .

GBI never received the package I never received the package. I order about $60 worth of products and the package was never delivered. Granted it was UPS that was at fault, but the customer service at NOTINO did not resend the package nor reached out to help proactively. Needless to say, I will not be shopping from NOTINO. Update: After writing this email, Notino wrote back saying that they were surprised by this. Well, I have called the number they left on the review to hear what they had to say. However, I was not able to reach the person that wrote back (which is strange since the call back number was a general customer service line). They said they were going to call me back but haven't. I'm not holding my breath.

GBCustomer Service was terrible Customer Service was terrible. I bought an item and returned it unopened for a refund to Notino. I was notified that I would have a response un roughly 2 weeks. After waiting over a month, I called and my refund had not been processed. Customer Service said they would look into the matter and 3-4 days later I got my refund credited after 2 months. Talked with a supervisor who was going to credit me $10 for my inconvenience in an email. After a week, nothing. I called back and they had no knowledge of this. They then issued me a 5% off credit, WHICH expired. Inexcusable service.
