I've been the customer support for more than a year and they provide the best learning environment for you. As an artist myself, I see how serious they are with the design quality and making sure that customers are satisfied. As an employee, I'm super lucky as they offer paid leaves, salary loans, and other benefits (like bonuses). It's like they're thinking what are the needs of their employees and what makes them happy. All the good things I can not say enough nice things about this company. They have smoothed out the graphic design issues we had working with another online company as well as hiring in-house and freelance graphic designers. I know they will be there when we need them. They understand deadlines and work to make sure they are met. Our representatives take time to have calls with us when we are struggling to communicate a project. Basically, they are the best graphic designer you may have ever hired but they don't take sick days (well they do but someone is there to cover for them) and make your work important to them.....not just a design to crank out and move on.
