GBNot happy right now Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

GBthe web gave me some trouble the web gave me some trouble, but when I called the office about my order the young man corrected the error without a hitch. Delivery was very quick and always has been. I think your crew work for the company hence I keep ordering from you...keep it up.

GBI received my order in a timely manner I received my order in a timely manner. Thank you. However, the cartridges that I ordered last time did not work so at this time I am simply commenting on the delivery. When I find it necessary to insert the new cartridges, I will get back to you then as to the quality of the cartridges received.

GBalways effecient I have been ordering from ASAP Inkjets for years and i can hardly believe they've never once -- not ever -- made any mistakes on my orders or on the shipping. The quality is always top notch. So whether it's Black Friday or the "AK! I just ran out of ink and it's almost an emergency" situation, I can always count on these guys.

GBI have been purchasing from ASAP for a …while now I have been purchasing from ASAP for a few years now and it is the best! They are reasonable, ship quickly, and no shipping charge! Can't beat that! I only had one minor problem and they corrected and adjusted with a very fair resolution. They are very customer-friendly . Can't say enough good.
