I don’t think anyone can beat that service. I highly recommend all the products, specially Balas Rose, pomegranate spray, oil and both bokhour. I loveeeee the products. GBI had an ordinery experiance with… I had an ordinery experiance with PerfumeArabia.com. The overall process was almtst good. It felt seamless and the problems I encountred were minor. I was not sure on how to pay for the order but it turned out that I was able to do it easily throuhg a major payment gateway. My shipment arrived shortly after I placed the order and the items were in good condition. The quality of the product was decent but not excellent. I did not try the customer service, but it looks like the website was able to answer all the questions I had. All in all, it was a good experience, but nothing exceptionally great. The products were good, nothing more, nothing less.

I have waited for over two months for a refund for my international order that I did not receive. You deserve zero stars. They were not very cooperative with allocating the packages and got me to basically do their research in finding the parcels from the UK. You have refused to give me back my money until they have allocated the packages with their courier. How can you get away with not returning my money due to your issues with shipping agents?! Why should I as a customer, fight for my money back when I never received the product in the first place and have to WAIT for a refund until they find the missing parcel?! What kind of organisation are you? You have been totally unfair and have stolen my money. You have stolen my money because I didn't receive the package and nore have you refunded me since over two months!! You have ill and unfair business practice towards consumers. I have all the evidence on my email. You are a shocking organisation and your very poor and rude customer service skills needs re-evaluating.

GRUNTRUSTWORTHY It is quite unfortunate that you offer such limited options for paying. No one from abroad will do a bank transfer or join some payment app which puts you through hoops to register and asks for many personal details. If you wish to attract customers, it would be great to make it less difficult to pay for orders by introducing simple means such as actual credit cards and PayPal. Until then, the tedium of the process will keep me, and I am sure others too, well away. Also, where is the location on your website where payment options are laid out clearly for visitors to check BEFORE ORDERING? For foreign visitors especially, this is unacceptable as it looks very shady.
