Wonderful fragrances, superb service As a perfumista, I'm always on the lookout to try different fragrances and buy from new and different online stores. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Perfume Arabia, but I'm certainly happy that I did! After buying my first fragrance, I ended up buying two more from them within a week. The fragrances they carry are great, the price points are perfect and where else can you get free FedEx 2nd day shipping? I've also talked to the owners on Instagram and they have been wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company and look forward to continue being a repeat customer.

UNTRUSTWORTHY It is quite unfortunate that you offer such limited options for paying. No one from abroad will do a bank transfer or join some payment app which puts you through hoops to register and asks for many personal details. If you wish to attract customers, it would be great to make it less difficult to pay for orders by introducing simple means such as actual credit cards and PayPal. Until then, the tedium of the process will keep me, and I am sure others too, well away. Also, where is the location on your website where payment options are laid out clearly for visitors to check BEFORE ORDERING? For foreign visitors especially, this is unacceptable as it looks very shady.
