GBI wish there was little more… I wish there was little more communication. I asked for a specially made 7XL in addition to my order order of 200 shirts, and never heard back. Also was told the items should arrive on december 3rd, which they did not... but other than that I was pleased with the outcome and will use merchly again. Best, Kelly Reverb

GBBad service bad work. Didn't come in time when finally arrived got disappointed..colors on the design are faded like when u wash the shirt 100 times. Will never order again ....

GBA great service for creating custom t-shirts I designed two t-shirts using Merchly's online tools, one with my band's logo and one with our album cover. The tools were intuitive and easy to use--I particularly liked being able to see exactly how the finished shirts looked with the designs applied. Even for a small run, the t-shirts were reasonably priced, and they came out just as I had designed them. They were also delivered a few days ahead of the promised date. I'm quite impressed with the service and the products from Merchly.

GBGreat product and great customer service! Ordering for the first time, I honestly didn't know what to expect. I decided to order the face masks with a company name on it. The product was delivered earlier than the date provided. When it arrived, it was shorted, BUT, as soon as I contacted customer service, they were incredibly apologetic and sent the rest IMMEDIATELY!! The masks are pretty cool and a lot of people have complimented as to how cool they look and how comfortable they are. Well done, I will definitely be ordering from Merchly again in the future!

GBI am not at all satisfied with my… I am not at all satisfied with my experience. I sent a picture of what we wanted on the shirts. And was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. After I paid for the order. I began getting Emails that they couldn’t use the picture. So, either myself or my Promoter sent several versions of the picture. After about a week or so . They were finally able to use one. At that point I sent several emails to see if everything was ok? And that it would still be done by the agreed date. I never received a response. The shirts were delivered on time. But, they weren’t like we ordered. If they had answered my emails or sent me a proof of the shirt for approval. Then I could have made them aware of the issue. And now it’s too late to correct the problem. As I need them for tomorrow. I’m very disappointed in the over all customer service.
