Poor Quality Got my system and it worked good for 2 months then inexplicably the black started looking like bronze. Emailed customer service blamed the printer, then the paper and everything else. Wouldn't help me out- told me to buy more black ink from them. Bought black ink from another company which solved my problem but now the light cyan cartridge isn't recognized. Does not stand up to 100% satisfaction guarantee and in my experience the quality is poor.

Satisfied user. I have used their products for a couple years. I currently own 2 Brother printers, J480Dw and J985Dw. They both have inlproducts kits in them. I have a small business and print a lot of paper. Description sheets, invoices, manuals, etc. The items in my Brother printers have worked flawlessly, and when I have received error messages I have received prompt assistance either through email or phone. When I order it comes in a reasonable amount of time. This isn't a perfect world and sometimes the seller gets blamed for shipping problems beyond his control. I did use their product with a HP 8600 and eventually, before the ink was gone had problems with the printheads leaking continually. I read his review on Brother printers and at this point I am very satisfied. I have tried many of the others, Epson, HP, Canon,Lexmark,etc. and found problem areas. Either ink or printheads. So far, the Brothers just work. I recommend them to any of my friends when they express frustration over printing costs. Now the biggest expense is paper. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. I've only had experience with inkproducts that have been very satisfactory.

Ten Years and going strong ... I have been using InkProducts Inks and Cartridges for over ten years. The first set I got was for an HP printer with pigment based inks. Everything worked great. A few years later I got an Epson Printer with dye based inks and bought two sets of cartridges for easy change out. It all worked fine. The scanner portion of my printer went bad so I contacted Inkproducts and asked if my cartridges' would work in the updated version of printer I already had. They said I should have no problem so I bought the updated model. I have been using the same cartridges for at least 7 years and they have never skipped a beat and I have always received great service.

Exceptional, knowledgeable and helpful I am making regular ink orders in InkProducts for the last 2 years - everything: the product and the response is excellent. And, in the meantime, besides refilling ink cartridges, I had some technical issues with my printer. While Canon technical support was not able to help me, every time I reached InkProduct for help and every time not only they remotely helped me to fix it - they guided me step by step through the process, patiently and with very practical advice. Wonderful, very professional and incredibly helpful customer service. Thank you!!!

Faulty product, DO NOT BUY I spent $300 with them before giving up and going to a different supplier with products that actually worked. I was never able to determine if it was the cartridges they supplied or low ink quality. Support just kept stringing me along always blaming the printer. In addition to the $300 I spent on them they had me buy two printheads, claiming that was the problem, another $160. Worst online company I ever purchased from. Avoid these crooks.
