Great company. I've ordered a few times from… I've ordered a few times from PhotoStatuettes and have never been disappointed. I recently had them do a silhouette of a scan of a very old dark photo - and it came out brilliantly. Even more, it was a gift that needed to arrive by a certain time and their personal service was amazing. They promised the gift would arrive on time and it did. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Issues I have had. I have ordered statuettes for several years and have had problems the last two years. Bases arrived in the wrong color, one base was cut incorrectly, orders taking longer than websites states it will. This year, the construction was changed to what I feel made a product of lesser quality for a slightly higher price. These issues, aside from price increase, were corrected but caused my delivery to my customer to be late. I
