The photos I sent in were low… The photos I sent in were low resolution and the fabulous staff let me know via email that a higher res photo would yield a much better quality product. Several staff members went above and beyond to make sure my products would turn out great. They were so kind and helpful on every call and email! Thank you!

Accommodating and No Hassles! I received my order and quality was excellent, however, there was a notch in one of the heads of the people in the picture. No fault of theirs, as the picture did have a shadow over that area. I contacted them and they re-made my order with the notch area filled in. No questions, no additional charge, so easy and accommodating to work with. I would highly recommend PhotoStatuettes!

We hit it out of the park! I bought one of these for a decoration for my daughter's graduation party. I was so pleased and It came out so well that I wanted to get 2 more. Time was running out and I wasn't sure the 2 additional ones would make it on time. I emailed customer service and was blown away with their response and service! They expedited my order and it arrived a day early. Everyone at the party just loved them, especially my daughter. She kept asking me how I had them made. Great company. I've ordered a few times from… I've ordered a few times from PhotoStatuettes and have never been disappointed. I recently had them do a silhouette of a scan of a very old dark photo - and it came out brilliantly. Even more, it was a gift that needed to arrive by a certain time and their personal service was amazing. They promised the gift would arrive on time and it did. I will be ordering from them again in the future.
