Happy customer I was very happy with how easy it was to interface with their on-line order process. Additionally, these guys make a high quality product and get it back to you quickly. The only knock on them I can offer is that you can't call their office and get a person to answer the phone. They'll get back to you, but I experienced a delay in getting a reply to my message. That said, I was calling to correct a mistake that I initially made with the order. I suspect most people will never need to call their office. Over all my experience was great on two separate orders and I like supporting American owned mom and pop shops.
