I recently had them do a silhouette of a scan of a very old dark photo - and it came out brilliantly. Even more, it was a gift that needed to arrive by a certain time and their personal service was amazing. They promised the gift would arrive on time and it did. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I have ordered four statuettes from… I have ordered four statuettes from this site. On the last order one of the statuettes was broken, probably in transit, and the other was the wrong size. I notified them and they immediately began the process to remake both pieces. Correspondence and customer service is beyond excellent. All four of our grandchildren now have their own statuette.
