AURan out of ink??? I was so excited when I received my posters, but unfortunately the colours are so pale that I can hardly see what is on them. I would never order if I knew that they will be like this. Hugely disappointing and a waste of money.

GBProducts & Delivery Great. Customer Service is Slow The products are wonderful. Delivery is swift. (I would say buy smaller frame sizes elsewhere as the their prices are not compatible.) Customer Service is slow. However, I hate to ding them much for that as I don't know why. Maybe they need more staff. It be something else. I do know they are trying and they eventually resolved the problems.

GBDelivery took way too long and… Delivery took way too long and communication regarding delivery was poor. The online delivery information was inaccurate. Don't say to expect delivery in 3-5 business days and then take 10 days to deliver.

NZMy experience with purchasing various… My experience with purchasing various sizes of posters and prints, along with a frame, was outstanding. Everything arrived well-packed, promptly, and in perfect condition without any bends or marks. The colors and tones matched exactly with what was shown on the website. I'm definitely planning to return for more purchases.

CHGreat posters but unable to check out I've tried ordering multiple times over the past month and have never successfully checked out (which is annoying, since Desenio is the only one stocking the prints that I want). I've tried four browsers, two devices, and all three payment methods. When paying by card, nothing happens after clicking the button. When using Google Pay, there's an error message. When using Paypal, the popup gets stuck on the loading screen and then there is an error message in the main window. It has been close to a month and I can't be the only one experiencing this, so how have they not solved it? They must be losing so many orders.
