I watch Lone Fox on YouTube, and loved is display of pictures from this company. Desenio did not disappoint! The print I purchased was so aesthetically pleasing and the paper material seems sturdy enough for years of enjoyment. I plan to purchase more prints very soon!

Everything arrived well-packed, promptly, and in perfect condition without any bends or marks. The colors and tones matched exactly with what was shown on the website. I'm definitely planning to return for more purchases.

GBNo refund policy for faulty goods, expensive returns I ordered a large number of prints (around 12) and I was satisfied with 9 of them although I would say I expected print quality to be better on half of those, they not sharp. I contacted customer service because two of the prints were very poor in colour, wishy washy and not like they looked online and one was just not that nice compared to online. I disputed that I should have to pay £10 to return the two posters as they were effectively faulty and it was not my responsibility. Customer service were not interested and insisted I would have to pay £10 to return which means I would lose half the payment anyway. I shall not be ordering again as I do not feel it is good customer service to expect your customer to pay for a return for a faulty or substandard item.
