GBI LOVE House of Toners I LOVE House of Toners It's simple - great products at less than half of what you pay at office supply stores. I've never had a problem with any of the dozens of ink cartridges I've bought from House of Toners over the years.

GBI have tried to contact this company… I have tried to contact this company through all of its contact points - but to no avail. I've left messages on their voicemail and I've used that text/chat capture system on their webpage. They do not respond. If the company cannot or will not respond to a simple web query (concerning one of their products), how do you think it is going to go when you have a problem with an order. I've noticed that many people in the forum (reviews) had a malfunctioning cartridge or received the same color ink or did not receive an ink cartridge and it seems that they simply didn't do anything about it - because the ink was cheap. I don't feel that way - I like to know that a company stands by its product and is responsive to customer queries and if necessary, a customers complaint.

GBArrived on time and they worked great. Received toner cartridges on time and they worked great after installation. No problems.

GBReceived an ink cartridge that leaked… Received an ink cartridge that leaked and House of Toners immediately sent me a replacement. Grear customer service!

GBHappy with what I am getting I already answered a survey on this purchase and have not received my coupon for next purchase. I was also not given the ten percent off for Black Friday. On the upside, I will repeat that I have been with HouseofToners for eons because I like the quality of toner, the service and the price is fairly good. I know I can likely find cheaper but am happy with what I am getting and that quality has been consistent over all these years. Paint me a happy camper!
