There is bleed over from blue to red areas, much of which covered the tips of my thumb, index and middle fingertips. Very durable ink deposits on skin! What a mess. Print copies (half a dozen) so far have looked good.

GBCartridges that last and are delivered quickly The last time I ordered the cartridges they lasted for 1 year and 8 months. I just got a new set, I ordered them when the computer said they were low and they came within a few days by first class mail.

GBI have tried to contact this company… I have tried to contact this company through all of its contact points - but to no avail. I've left messages on their voicemail and I've used that text/chat capture system on their webpage. They do not respond. If the company cannot or will not respond to a simple web query (concerning one of their products), how do you think it is going to go when you have a problem with an order. I've noticed that many people in the forum (reviews) had a malfunctioning cartridge or received the same color ink or did not receive an ink cartridge and it seems that they simply didn't do anything about it - because the ink was cheap. I don't feel that way - I like to know that a company stands by its product and is responsive to customer queries and if necessary, a customers complaint.

GBWHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? I have attempted to contact you by telephone at least five times - each time being met by an answering machine asking me to leave a message. I did and I have NEVER received a return call. I continue to buy your products but now I need help with an HP 61xl color cartridge that will not install - receiving a message that the cartridge needs to be replaced with no "OK" or "Continue" available.
