Thanks.io for customer appreciation/referrals is 10/10 The builder and dashboard were super easy to use and build a campaign from scratch to go out in the mail. I can tell the cards arrived today because I have gotten 5 scans already and I'm super excited to see how the conversions are from here. We are running an existing client referral campaign and I am very optimistic that these cards will help drive results.

Personally, I am super lazy, so I love to have the ability to just "set it and forget it" - The ability of Thanks to easily accept leads to a list and trigger a specific campaign out to those leads for a pre-set amount of mailers/time is awesome.
