GBNot so helpful tech support Updating my review as I was contacted by the company and I am hoping my issue will quickly be resolved. I very much appreciate the response and customer service follow-up. ************+++* Windows did an automatic update on my laptop and uninstalled my Eddie printer driver and Bartebder software. I had a really hard time finding the proper drivers on your site l. I tried to chat with tech support and was given the ad I e to turn off my computer and re-start advice. Yeah, I already tried ALL of the usual methods before attempting to chat with tech support. Needless to say it did not help, no follow up was made and my software is still not working.

GBI just wanted to re-order some special… I just wanted to re-order some special labels and it would not allow me to re-order and I had to put the entire order in again. I think that’s a wasteful as I had to contact primer and go through a long time-consuming process. If I have no changes, why do I have to go through a special order again.

GBSaved by HotSwap program I am a new user and my printer decided to chew up a label in a way I couldn't get it out. When I contacted support, Sanjae helped me through the process and introduced me to HotSwap! I was in the middle of printing labels for an upcoming bottling and was a little freaked out. I got my current printer sent back and the next day they shipped my new printer. I should be back printing this weekend. The quick turnaround was incredible. Thanks for having a great support staff.
