She rectified the issue by shipping a replacement order to ensure it arrived on time. Great customer service! Customer service was easy to reach and extremely helpful, even with all my questions and tech difficulties. The "team" was able to fix some of the problems I had with making the funeral print poster and fix some of the resolution issues. The poster looked great in the end! However, the website wasn't very efficient or user friendly to make a collage poster. Actually, the pictures were very easy to add. But you had no idea where they were going to show up so you couldn't format it how you wanted it. So some of the pictures didn't fit the frame available and parts of pictures/people were cut off. There wasn't a way to change this. I almost gave up and went with another company. Luckily, these were the problems that the customer service team as able to fix, but I should've been able to format it the way I wanted and fix this. Simply fixing the website so you know where you're adding the pictures and being able to move location would've made this so much better, and also less work for customer service.
