Great customer service! Customer service was easy to reach and extremely helpful, even with all my questions and tech difficulties. The "team" was able to fix some of the problems I had with making the funeral print poster and fix some of the resolution issues. The poster looked great in the end! However, the website wasn't very efficient or user friendly to make a collage poster. Actually, the pictures were very easy to add. But you had no idea where they were going to show up so you couldn't format it how you wanted it. So some of the pictures didn't fit the frame available and parts of pictures/people were cut off. There wasn't a way to change this. I almost gave up and went with another company. Luckily, these were the problems that the customer service team as able to fix, but I should've been able to format it the way I wanted and fix this. Simply fixing the website so you know where you're adding the pictures and being able to move location would've made this so much better, and also less work for customer service.

Overall great service Overall great service. I paid for next day delivery and the prayer cards not only arrived in the morning, but the packaging was fantastic! I loved that there was a bright label on the box that requested on-time delivery for a funeral. The cards were lovely and a nice quality. I deducted one star because I could swear I clicked on double laminate but the cards arrived without lamination. When I called to ask, they said I requested gold foil and that choice could not be laminated. I don't recall requesting gold foil. If I knew the cards would not be laminated, I would've chosen a different color for the prayer card to make sure they were laminated. The company did offer to resend with a discount, but I opted not to. Besides that error (that could have been my own fault), I would highly recommend Funeralprints.com

Bookmarks are beautiful While I did have some frustration working with the online program, tech support was awesome and helped me out a lot. When you are rushing to get an emotionally charged thing done some things get missed. When the bookmarks arrived I literally cried tears of gratitude and could feel how much my dear sister would have loved them. Thank you for helping me honor her memory in a way that was so fitting for her as an avid reader. People I have showed them to love them!
