Tribesigns honored their customer… Tribesigns honored their customer satisfaction policy. My unit arrived damaged and they worked with me to ensure I was satisfied. They have great customer service & quick communication. I would definitly trust this company again with my business.

I ordered the wrong desk on Black… I ordered the wrong desk on Black Friday with a deal. It was already shipped, and made it all the way to my house. Customer service stayed in communication with me daily, offered to send the desk I wanted with a Black Friday sale even though it was expired, and fully refunded me including their shipping cost with out any hassel. I didn't get the correct desk yet, and so I did not get to see the quality of the desk but customer service is on point.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRIBESIGNS DO NOT BUY FROM TRIBESIGNS. Items are poor quality and defective. Bought 3 items and all came with poor quality. Drilled holes missing. Cabinet drawers do not close. Purchased 2 desks. Holes would not align. Some holes weren’t drilled. Additionally purchased “matching file cabinet”. Different color from desks. Returned one of the three items. Seller is difficult to work with. Says they will send prepaid label and then doesn’t. Mandates us to re-assemble furniture. Then mandates us to pay for shipping up front. Shipping was $196. They were supposed to reimburse for furniture and shipping. Over $400. They received item on 8/22. And not a word from them and no refund whatsoever. They send inappropriate messages when communicating with them, “Help this little girl out!” Read the reviews. AVOID TRIBESIGNS!!!

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware! Tribesigns sells a supposed desk that is 35 inches tall. So unless you are over 6'2 tall your hands will be shoulder high on the desktop. Its counter height but they show it with a regular chair. Fraud! Customer service laughed at us and referred us to their customer service team in CHINA. We asked to cancel the rest of our undelivered order and they refused basically saying "too bad"

Disappointment The Company in my opinion is not reliable. I ordered a Tribesigns 70.9 inch Sofa Console Table on July 25, 2023 and waited for it's arrival. It never showed up as scheduled. On July 29th, I received a cancellation message on the order, after the first payment was taken. At least they said any money paid would be returned, and I'm grateful for that. Cancellation had something to do with location restrictions, which to this day I don't understand. I always order online and packages are delivered to my home OFTEN. What restrictions on my location????
