Outstanding I work for a small environmental charity and bought some birdbox kits from Ethical Community. They were made and distributed by Wudwerx. I was contacted by Wudwerx not long after having placed my order to say that he would refund me some of the costs as he was going to shortly be advertisign them more cheaply in multipacks. No sooner had I replied than he turned up at the office door to hand-deliver the kits. Incredibly good service and I would definitely order from Wudwerx again.

Sorry, not for me. Won't be using this site again, sorry. Bad communications. Not happy with purchase. No reply from seller.

Straightforward order process The website was easy to navigate and the order process was easy and straightforward. I liked that postage costs were calculated and the total cost given to me straightaway rather than having to look through small print etc to find out what the total cost would be. The products were available from other websites but I chose to order with Ethical Community simply for this reason as it really annoyes me when companies hide how much delivery and total cost will be until you reach checkout. Thumbs up to ethical community.

Very bad, product not provided but money taken - beware!! Paid for product (box of lip salves) and waited - after chasing several times, eventually advised product not available even though funds taken ! Also following registration on ethical website starting getting a stream of communication that was clearly just junk mail (not ethical) and also offers of services that were definitely not ethical and of a sexual nature. Will never try to shop there/ via site again. Avoid at all costs. Feb 2012

Absolutely rubbish-would not use again! Will not use again as I have not received my order after 15 days but the money went out 13 days ago. Have even sent 2 messages but still no one has replied. Not at all happy!
