Item not received, no reply to e-mails I ordered some biltong from the ethicalcommunity website from a firm called van der merwe. Nothing has arrived, no e-mails have been answered from either ethicalcommunity.com or vandermerwebiltong.com. I know it was only £29.50 but surely that's not the point. Never again.

I was able to read about Ecomarkets… I was able to read about Ecomarkets scam on reddit, it was helpful.

Needs better merchandising I've been looking for something like this for a while. Found some good stuff on there, but the merchandising needs to be better. Much of it could be using stronger guidelines for the shops on how to photograph (eg always against white). But crowdsourcing the most popular items would be interesting too.

Outstanding I work for a small environmental charity and bought some birdbox kits from Ethical Community. They were made and distributed by Wudwerx. I was contacted by Wudwerx not long after having placed my order to say that he would refund me some of the costs as he was going to shortly be advertisign them more cheaply in multipacks. No sooner had I replied than he turned up at the office door to hand-deliver the kits. Incredibly good service and I would definitely order from Wudwerx again.
