GBIts been 2 weeks now I have been… Its been 2 weeks now I have been contacting their customer service. I received a broken banger for my new piece & after submitting directly to their email support via my email & not hearing back after 5 days I contacted them on their site feedback option. Got a response from them in the same thread I sent the original complaint in. They asked me for pictures, which I had already sent when I sent the original email. I send in the photos a 2nd time. Then I received another email from same email address(support@ (At)pulsarvaporizers.com) asking the same questions/for pictures as I had already received from them 2 other times. I have now sent in my information/ proof 3 times & not had this issue resolved. Going to have to contact my cc company as this is pure fraud on their end. There is noway in hell this little piece was broken & nothing else had been scratched. I received everything & it was bundled up well which means they knowingly sent this broken piece to me..
