GBReceived HP Black Ink replacement I am happy with HP Print support, Ink and Paper program. However, I am not happy with my HP LaserJet printer overall, in fact, I will never purchase another HP printer in the future.

GBHP has no Customer Service I signed up for instant ink. I took the laptop back to store within a day. I immediately cancelled instant ink. BUT you can't just cancel they will charge you 3X's even though you can't use it. I haven't been successful in getting any help. We have had instant ink subscription for another printer for years which has been great. This experience has been terrible.

GBInstant ink, A great value ! Never having to worry about running out of ink cartridges. The program lets you know when you’re running low on ink, and when to change cartridges. Also Instant Ink gives you prepaid envelopes to return used cartridges.

GBCartridges get lost in the ether. Rarely received cartridges despite my printer reporting low/zero ink. When I cancel the subscription through their website they continued (and still are!!) to charge me. Very difficult to speak to a person. Non of the chat bot options are appropriate.
