GBI have asked how to return the items i… I have asked how to return the items i purchased and gave the reason why I want to. I have heard very little and received no instructions for doing this. I would appreciate getting this resolved.

GB5 Star Experience I ordered toner for a xerox work centre 3215 on Wednesday afternoon. I chose economy shipping and even though Thursday was Thanksgiving, I received the package at noon on Friday!!! Everything about this order was perfect. I received several follow up emails, pricing was much better than all others, and the print quality is exactly the same as the original xerox toner. 5 stars!!

UPDATE I WAS CONTACTED BY THE SELLER ( APPARENTLY THEY READ THE REVIEWS ) AND THEY SENT ME OUT A NEW TONER CARTRIDGE AND THIS ONE WORKS GREAT. SO THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WILL BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

GBI ordered 4 toners from your website I ordered 4 toners from your website. the toners arrived extremely quickly and they are working great! I'll be honest, I've been doing tech/network support for over 30 years and I generally only use OEM toners in my printers. However, financially, I didn't want to spend the almost 4x price that OEM toners would cost. I did some research and decided to give you guys a shot and so far, the toners are top notch! I certainly plan on coming back to TrueImage. Thanks again!
