GBI have asked how to return the items i… I have asked how to return the items i purchased and gave the reason why I want to. I have heard very little and received no instructions for doing this. I would appreciate getting this resolved.

GBGreat customer service, good affordable product The company sent a partially fulfilled order including mixed up product. After reaching out they immediately sent out the missing product and apologized sincerely. Their product works fine and is cost effective vs OEM branded product.

GBPoor Service Updated Provided prints to your office contact person of the defect in the cartridges as requested and have not heard from your office for several days. Update: Customer Service came through and will replace the defective cartridges. Will buy again.

GBMoving the chip from the OEM to TrueImage I did not realize that I had to remove the chip from the OEM cartridge and put it into the TrueImage cartridge. However, with great help from Eddy and my patient assistant (spouse), we stumbled through and made it all work.
