Economic product which helps to saving my money I don't wan't to spend a lot of money replacing toners because my business is really small, I basicaly do craft for closer friends and family because I have my formal job. Poor Service Updated Provided prints to your office contact person of the defect in the cartridges as requested and have not heard from your office for several days. Update: Customer Service came through and will replace the defective cartridges. Will buy again.
