Great Experience! Great experience! I purchased a custom logo and embroidery for my chair and they offered several mock ups, additional design ideas, and walked me through the entire process. It was better than I hoped. The chair arrived very quickly for something custom, was really easy to put together thanks to the included instructions, and works flawlessly and feels great!

We just love the comfort And adjustable… We just love the comfort And adjustable levels for reclining. The XL seat did not allow quite enough room for comfort under desk when we 1st received it. Contacted customer service and immediately solved our issue with a short cylinder replacement option. It arrived in a few days and we swapped them out. Now it's a perfect fit under desk. We couldn't be more pleased with the chair and our experience with customer service! We highly recommend. Good quality chair with exceptional customer service.

Could not recommend more I wanted to get a custom gaming chair for my boyfriend to replace his cheap, Amazon one that had been put through the ringer. I saw the embroidery option for customization after a quick Google search and thought it would be WAY out of my price range. I sent in a photo of the logo I wanted to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable this option was. Of course, it's still a splurge but a worthwhile investment for someone who spends the amount of time he does sitting at his desk. Customer service was incredible, the quality of the chair and the logo is exceptional, and he can sit comfortably for hours. I genuinely could not recommend this company more.

Better than SecretLab Better than SecretLab although I wish the headrest was magnetic as well. But, the magnet doesn't even sit at the right spot on the SecretLab chair so I guess it doesn't matter much.
