They have many different styles of office furniture to choose from and will work closely with you to make sure your company logo is exactly how you want it! They are prompt with responses, courteous, and very professional. I called at least five other companies, and they didn’t even come close to the customer service or capabilities of Need for Seat. They definitely get a thumbs up from me!

We just love the comfort And adjustable… We just love the comfort And adjustable levels for reclining. The XL seat did not allow quite enough room for comfort under desk when we 1st received it. Contacted customer service and immediately solved our issue with a short cylinder replacement option. It arrived in a few days and we swapped them out. Now it's a perfect fit under desk. We couldn't be more pleased with the chair and our experience with customer service! We highly recommend. Good quality chair with exceptional customer service.

I've had a chair from Maxnomic for… I've had a chair from Maxnomic for about 6 years. It's looking a bit rough, but I draped a blanket over it and everything is good to go! Everything on it still works, and the couple times things have broken (much much use from work from home during quarantine) the replacement parts are affordable and easy to install. I've kept this bad boy going strong way past where I feel most people might've thrown it away, but my chair is gonna live forever!

couldn't refund reclining mechanism the same day it arrived. bought a reclining mechanism. turns out the seat was broken, leaving the chair back leaning back, giving the appearance it was stuck reclined. tried to refund it, but you apparently don't offer refunds, so i wasted $50. I proceded to buy my new chair from Secret Lab.
