After looking online at tons of sketchy refurbished chair shops, I’m lucky I stumbled on OHR with a quick google search for “NYC office chair” places. I ended up getting a chair I didn’t even know I wanted after trying it in their show room and I’m very happy with my decision. Much better than blindly guessing with an online purchase. Now my back hurts much less and I’m able to WFH in peace. They made the entire process super easy, David thoroughly explained their refurbishment process, and they delivered fast and free. I’d recommend OHR to anyone looking to buy refurbished high quality office furniture and highly encourage visiting them to see the products in person

Great experience purchasing a chair… Great experience purchasing a chair from here. I went to the showroom in NYC, to try out the different chairs. Very knowledgeable and accommodating employees helped me make a decision. I went with the Steelcase leap, the pickup in NJ was simple and easy. If I needed another chair, I would absolutely buy from them.

Office chair was delivered quickly Office chair was delivered quickly, though it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to put it together or at least a link. I had an issue after assembling it and sent an email and was responded to quickly and was able to fix my problem.

Great experience I had a great experience buying from OHR. Sampling the chairs in the store was extremely valuable - David helped me pick out the right chair for me and was extremely knowledgeable. I love my Steelcase Gesture chair (which looks / feels like it's brand new) and bought it for a fraction of the retail price.
